Refund Policy.

No Refunds For

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
• Compatibility issues with your hardware or software setup.
• Detection or ban by game anti-cheat systems — use at your own risk.
• Misunderstanding of product features or functionality.
• Lost, stolen, leaked, or shared license keys.
• Accidental purchases or unauthorized purchases by minors.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed through your bank or payment provider.

Downtime Compensation

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of extended, verified downtime caused by issues on our end (e.g., server outages, product-wide detection requiring maintenance). In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to extend your license duration or offer store credit instead of a cash refund.

Downtime compensation is not automatic — you must open a ticket in our Discord with proof of purchase and details about the downtime you experienced. Each case is reviewed individually.

Lost Keys & Accounts

ParadiseCheats.lol is not responsible for lost keys, stolen accounts, or compromised credentials. It is your responsibility to keep your purchase information and login details secure. We do not replace lost keys unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure on our systems.

Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all ParadiseCheats.lol products and services. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks and share relevant transaction data with payment processors.
